Week 49 Highlights (Week of December 1)

  • Week over week improvements in availability and price perception.
  • 23% of respondents felt either availability or quality (or both) fell below their expectations.
  • NPS rose significantly after last week’s negative score and sits higher this week than the 12-week rolling average.
  • Online usage fell back to 14% over the last 12 weeks with Ontario leading the way with adoption.
  • Price is the number one roadblock to produce consumption; quality was also called out as a roadblock and education on recipes and other usage tips would help grow consumption.
