Freggie Tales

Freggie, the CPMA mascot and the Freggie Tales newsletter and website (www.freggietales.com) represent the promotion efforts of the "5 to 10 a day" campaign for elementary aged school children (5 - 12 years old). Freggie and Freggie Tales are designed to provide children with the opportunity to learn about fruits and vegetables in a fun and exciting manner.  The message Freggie tries to bring home is that it is ok to eat and like fruits and vegetables.

With the September 2005 launch of the 3-D comic strip format of Freggie Tales, we have experienced an increase in our national distribution.  The Freggie Tales newsletter, which details a new adventure for the Freggie mascot, is distributed quarterly and we are always looking for additional sponsors to fill the space.
